Welcome to Dancefit Canada, where the dancer and athlete meet. We are so excited to welcome everyone back to share the dance floor for Fall 2023  as we embark on our 13th year teaching dance and fitness to those as young as three and as youthful as 93!. We offer both  recreational and competitive dance, cultivating creativity in all our dancers in a safe, healthy and positive environment. We offer ballet, tap, jazz, Acrobatic Arts, lyrical, hip hop, and Musical Theatre as well as a fun Adult dance program : Ballet, Tap, Salsa, Belly Dance and Zumba.
